Everything you write is yours. Baretext claims no rights in your manuscript, your summaries or the names you accept.

The AI suggestions

Suggestions are written by a language model and can be wrong, odd or unsuitable. They are offered as help and are never applied to your manuscript without your choosing. You are responsible for what you keep.

Use of the service

Use the service only for your own writing. Do not attempt to overload it, to reach other people’s accounts, or to use it as a general-purpose AI service. We may limit or suspend use that does.

No guarantee

The service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available. Baretext works without it. We may change or end the AI suggestions, and will say so here.
